The Demotec Hoof-Check is an aid for the right hoof cut. The Hoof-Check has 4 functions:
- Controls the angle between the sole and the anterior hoof wall
- Measures the length of the anterior hoof wall
- Compares the height between the inside and outside hoofs
- Ensures that the correct plane of contact of the sole to the ground can be achieved
