FINDING YOUR PASSION
Meet Paolo. While studying at the university he participated in a course and found his passion for hoof trimming. This changed his life. He left the university to follow his new-found passion. The last 6 years he has been hoof trimming in the regions of Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta in Italy. Paolo trims at farm ranging from 70 up to 500 milk cows.
