We would like to offer the best service – even after you’ve taken our products in use, and questions arise. We are ready by the phone everyday, for the quick questions, in addition we are on email and Facebook.

Do you find a fault or have other problems, please send us a picture, so we can make sure that you get the right help.

We hold workshops for both new and experienced users, here you have the opportunity to ask us for advice regarding the use of our hoof trimming boxes and lead-in pens.

We are also at many different events and trade shows, follow the calendar on our website, where it is possible to get help from our knowledgeable sales consultants.

Return policy

As soon as you have noticed a fault, you should contact us. We usually offer a replacement, repair or refund without question, especially if the item is relatively new.

We will then, as soon as possible, send you a similar product. When you receive the new product, enclosed will be a return note. We will bill you for this product at first.

Send the faulty product in its current condition to us, along with the return note. Make sure the project number is correct. When we receive the faulty product, we will send you a credit note for the new product.
