MASAYUKI KATAYAMA – SPAKER AT THE IHTC 2021
We are proud and delighted to have Mr. Masayuki Katayama, Japanese Hoof trimming Master, as a speaker at this year’s conference, where he will give an insight into Japanese hoof trimming and hoof trimming competition.
He has been awarded the the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award and won the Japanese hoof trimming championship in 2002, making him one of Japan’s most acknowledged hoof trimmers.
Mr. Katayama was born in 1966 on Hokkaido and started as a hoof trimmer when he was 18 years old. He became self-employed at the age of 33, and still runs his hoof trimming business on Hokkaido, a company with 18 employees and 7 trucks.
