How often should the cows get their hoof trimmed?

Preventive hoof care is at least 3 times a year or as a rule of thumb at each 3000KG milk.

How often should the hooftrimming chute be lubricated?

All that should be lubricated with grease must be lubricated once a week and everything that should be lubricated with spray must be lubricated once a day.

When should I get my hooftrimming chute serviced?

What does the service consist off?

Service consists of the following items

  • Oil and filter change (Texaco Rando HDZ 32)
  • Visual check of the hydraulic hoses, pipes and welds
  • Oil change on the brakes
  • Control check of the brakes and lubrication
  • Wearing parts and bolts gets inspected
  • Check of the pressure settings on valves

How much may leg hoists pull?

Max. 250 KG on the front legs and max. 270 KG on its rear legs

How do I prepare best for winter and frost?

It’s always a good idea to do an oil and filter change when working in winter or frost. At temperatures below -15C switch to a thinner oil (hydraulic oil 22 as a minimum – We recommend: Texaco Rando HDZ 22). It’s also a good idea to coat with spray grease in the cylinders on all 4 legs.

You do this by pressing the button in the upper right corner of the website called “Login”. Then a pop up will appear with a form for you to fill with your login information.

Why can I not log in to the webshop?

There may be some different reasons why you can not login (see below this line about potential reasons):
We have not created your account in our system yet.
You entered your login information incorrectly.
We have closed your user down because of abuse.

Why can I not see the prices on the webshop?

That’s because you are not logged in. If you are logged in and are still unable to see the prices, then please contact us by mail or telephone.

Where do I find parts and accessories?

If you go into our shop, then there is a black menu on the left that says “Products”, “Spare Parts” and “Accessories”.
