The Work Sharp Knife & Tool Sharpener has two attachments with slots to cut through your knives and tools. As standard, the grinder is equipped with an attachment/guide unit with an angle of 20° on each side(40° total). Made for slightly thinner blades and kitchen knives. You therefore always maintain the same sharpening angle so that the result is nice and even.

For sharpening a serrated edge like Hoofknives, use the extra supplied top unit. It has slots on both sides for a 25° angle and an extra slot, especially for scissors. The sharpening angle of this is 65°, based on the most common scissors.
