Product characteristics
The KVK motor trolley is developed on basic of the most resent knowledge and technology.
A very stable and durable construction makes it possible to move hoof trimming chutes in the most simple way. The very simple and very strong technology makes the handling easy even in complex conditions.
The automatic choke makes it easy to start the motor by means of a pull cord. Mostly a single pull is enough to have the motor running in idling. The propulsion on both wheels is constructed in a way that is very similar to differential.
The propulsion is controlled by a handle and further the revs (speed) can be adjusted by a handle on the motor. Which makes it possible to have various performance and speed ranges. A very smooth acceleration as well as a high motor performance when driving on inclines. Performance and speed is similar for both driving directions. By activating the driving handle in requested driving direction the motor trolley can be moved when motor is switched off.
By the mean of the unique draw bar with adjustable length, which connects the motor trolley to the hoof trimming chute, the unit is extremely useable. The motor trolley can be used for transport of all KVK hoof trimming chutes with or without attached KVK lead-in pen.
By making slight modifications to the draw bar of the motor trolley can be used for hoof trimming chutes from other manufactures.
The driving handle can be tipped forward, which saves space during transportation or in cowsheds with cramped space.
The trolley is able to drive on all most every surface – even small steps can easily and elegantly be crossed.
Transport on trailer is possible even when you have a combination of B&S motor trolley, KVK hoof trimming chute with holders for aluminium gates and lead-in pen, which has a total length of nearly 4 metre. This mean that you do not need a special trailer for transportation.

When the motor is switched off the trolley can be moved by activation the driving handle in the wanted driving direction.
Safety
The motor trolley is equipped with a system preventing squeezing damages further the motor trolley stops immediately when the driving direction handle is released. The braking by operating the driving direction handle the similar way is hydraulic.
Long service life
The entire system is built with a special view to long durability. The entire construction is made of galvanized steel. Every part is sturdy and made to be resistant to hard environment.
